More than a decade recovering data in complex cases
2011 - 2012
We fire up the turbines!
BOT started in a 16m² room, in Belo Horizonte (MG – Brazil), with a single purpose: to help people in distress to recover irreplaceable data.
We researched the market, acquired state-of-the-art technologies, and dove headfirst into this mission.
2013 - 2014
Run, Bot, Run!
The name “Bot” began to spread throughout Brazil, and when we least expected it, we were already in São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro. As if this were not enough, we celebrate a new phase in BH, in a room 10 times bigger, in the most noble region of Belo Horizonte. Wow!
2015 - 2016
To infinity and beyond!
After solving the case of more than 12,000 people, we began to serve large companies. We have acted in cases with the Federal Government, multinationals, airlines, and so on. At this time, we became the leaders in data recovery in Brazil and also reached Vitória and Manaus. Hooray!
2017 - 2018
Off you go, Portugal!
In 2017, we celebrated the milestone of 15 centers from north to south of Brazil. That year we also began planning our expansion into other markets, opening our first service centers in Portugal. Lisbon and Porto.
2019 - 2020
Not ten, not a hundred, not a thousand
In 2019, Bot achieved 10,000% growth compared to its birth year (2010). Quite a milestone. To celebrate this result, we have renewed our brand, our colors, and reformulated the way we communicate with the client.
2021 - 2022
More expansions and optimizations
In times of pandemic, we focus on making the process simpler, more dynamic, and bringing solutions during the confinement. With time to spare, we expanded to more cities, totaling 26 addresses! We opened the units in Recife, Fortaleza, Belém, Maceió, and in Portugal the units in Coimbra and Madeira Island.
2023 - 2024
Looking inward and outward
In 2023 we launch a new website and consolidate the largest data recovery blog in the world in Portuguese language. We also took the time to look inside our internal processes and outside (our reputation in the market) and thus we were sure that our goal has always been and will always be: to create the best experience for you (customer).
